As you stroll up the path you will notice a building ahead of you, (Captain James Cook Birthplace museum.) On reaching the corner of this building take the path on your left, and within a very short distance take the path on your right then climb the steps and

 you will reach an open area, this open area was the rear Garden of the Hall .
